TAMARAC, FL – The City of Tamarac is excited to offer young athletes the chance to spike, serve, and score with its Youth Volleyball Program! Open to children and teens between the ages of 5 and 16, this program is the perfect way for young players to learn the fundamentals of volleyball, improve their skills, and enjoy the fun of team sports in a positive and encouraging environment.
Held at the Tamarac Multi-Purpose Center Gymnasium, located at 7531 N. University Dr., the program is designed for beginners and is split into two age groups.
Program Schedule:
Beginners (Ages 5-9): Saturdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Beginners (Ages 5-9): Saturdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
- Beginners (Ages 10-16): Saturdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
The Youth Volleyball Program offers expert coaching that focuses on basic volleyball skills such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting. It’s a great opportunity for participants to build confidence, stay active, and make new friends while learning how to work as part of a team.
Registration and Fees:
- Residents: $75 per month
- Non-Residents: $85 per month
